This privacy policy applies to the Set90 Android application
(Google Play package com.setminded.p90x), published on Google Play by
Synergy Software Sol, the app-publishing operation of
Synergy Business Solutions Inc., 75 Executive Dr, Suite 347, Aurora, IL 60504, United States.
Set90 is a 90-day strength-training program tracker. Your training data lives on your device first.
What we collect
Account (only if you create one): email address and display name, used for sign-in and cloud sync.
Training data you create: workouts, sets, reps, weights, routines, personal records and notes that you enter in the app.
Set90 contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers. We do not sell your data,
we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for advertising.
What Set90 does NOT access
No health or fitness platform data. Set90 does not request or read Health Connect data
— no sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, or exercise records. Those permissions are
explicitly removed from this app.
No location. Set90 requests no location permission of any kind.
No contacts, microphone, or camera.
Permissions Set90 uses
Internet — only to sign in and sync if you enable a cloud account.
Vibrate — rest-timer and set feedback.
Display over other apps — the floating rest timer while you train.
Storage (Android 12 and older) — importing and exporting your own workout files.
Where your data lives
On your device: the primary copy, in local app storage. Set90 works offline.
In the cloud (optional): if you enable cloud sync, your data syncs, encrypted in transit,
to a private AWS environment we control (Amazon Cognito for authentication, Amazon RDS PostgreSQL for storage,
us-east-1 region). Every query is scoped to your authenticated user ID.
Your choices and rights
Export: you can export your training data from within the app at any time, free.
Deletion: uninstalling removes the local copy. If you created a cloud account, email us
and we will delete the account and its synced data.
Use it without an account: cloud sync is optional; the app is fully functional offline.
Children
Set90 is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
