How to move your JEFIT history into Setminded

Every set, every date, every body-stat entry — out of JEFIT and into Setminded in about a minute, with personal records rebuilt automatically. Fully reversible.

Step 1 — Export from JEFIT

  1. Open JEFIT and go to Profile → Settings (gear icon), then find Export data / Download my data. On the web, sign in at my.jefit.com → Account → download your training data.
  2. JEFIT produces a CSV file containing your training logs (and body stats if selected). Save it somewhere you can find — Downloads is fine.
JEFIT's export endpoint occasionally has hiccups on their side — if the email/download doesn't arrive, try again later or use the website export. Your data is worth the retry.

Step 2 — Import into Setminded

  1. Open Setminded (browser or Android — same account, same result) and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Import from JEFIT, Hevy, Strong…
  3. Pick your JEFIT CSV. Setminded detects the format automatically.

Step 3 — Review the preview and confirm

  1. You'll see a preview: workouts found, sets, body-stat entries, and how exercises were matched. Anything unrecognized becomes a custom exercise — nothing is dropped.
  2. Confirm. Duplicates (same time ± same sets) are skipped, so importing twice won't double your history.
  3. Personal records are rebuilt chronologically across the merged history, and your charts light up immediately.
Changed your mind? Settings → Undo last import removes everything that import created — one tap.

What transfers

Comes across: workout dates and times, exercises (fuzzy-matched to Setminded's 870+ library, synonyms handled), weights, reps, multiple sets per exercise, and body stats. Doesn't: JEFIT's social content and photos — those stay in JEFIT.
